Dental Insurance
We want to help you maximize your dental insurance benefits, and will be happy to supply reports, forms, and other information that your insurance company may require.
However, we do not provide services based on the assumption that your insurance will pay, because this practice can result in misunderstandings, because the patient is ultimately responsible for any unpaid portion of the bill.
Payment Expectations
You will be expected to pay in full unless you have made previous arrangements. We will then bill your insurance company for its portion of costs. Don’t worry- we will be happy to process the forms for you, simplifying the process. We file all claims electronically so our patients can receive their benefits as quickly as possible.
Please remember to bring your insurance card with you when you visit our office.
Our standard policy requires payment in full at the time services are rendered, but we are willing to work with you if that is a problem. However, you will need to contact our office in advance of your appointment and make arrangements. For your convenience, we accept cash payments and personal checks as well as all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card).
As a courtesy, we will file insurance claims.
Financing
We work with several third-party companies that provide financing for medical and dental care. This gives you the option of making affordable monthly payments, often with zero interest or low interest.
